We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, except in these limited circumstances:

• AI Services (OpenAI DALL-E 3): Text prompts are sent to OpenAI's API for image generation only. No personal information (names, addresses, contacts) is included in AI prompts. Generated images are returned and stored on your device.
• Apple Services: Subscription management and payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not receive or store your payment details.
• Analytics (Optional): Anonymous usage statistics may be collected if you enable analytics in Settings. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or legal process
• Safety: To protect our rights or the safety of others

Data Storage and Security

• Cultural Gift Designs: Stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage
• Contact Information: Accessed via iOS Contacts framework with your permission; never uploaded to our servers
• AI Prompts: Temporarily processed for image generation, then immediately discarded
• Subscription Data: Managed by Apple; we only receive verification tokens
• All network communications use HTTPS encryption
• No user accounts or profiles are created on our servers
• All content stays on your device unless you choose to share it

AI-Generated Content

• All AI-generated images are for personal, non-commercial use only
• You retain the right to use, modify, and share your generated designs
• We are not responsible for misinterpretations or cultural inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• You may delete any generated content at any time

Data Retention

• Cultural Gift Designs: Stored on your device until you delete them manually

• App Settings: Stored locally until you delete the app
• Subscription Data: Managed by Apple according to their retention policies
• Technical Logs: Retained for maximum 30 days if analytics enabled

Subscription Information

For users with active subscriptions:

• Subscription status is verified through Apple's servers
• We do not store your payment information
• All billing is handled by Apple In-App Purchases
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Subscription data is retained according to Apple's policies

International Data Transfers

• AI image generation occurs on OpenAI's servers (may be outside your country)
